Wellness in Winter?

Sounds unrealistic perhaps. Many people struggle during the winter.

The Tibetan word for warrior means, "one who cultivates courage." Well, it takes a lot of courage to go against the grain and use the winter to rest and relax. 

Being a Winter Wellness Warrior means thriving at a time of year meant for introspection, hibernation and rejuvenation. It means cultivating wellness.

Wellness is the opposite of illness--mentally, emotionally and physically--could you use some of that?

  • better nutrition?
  • secrets to better sleep?
  • cultivating more inner calm?
  • finding more focus?

Hey, could you also use a small group of like-minded people right now? Connection with people on this planet who are dedicated to wellness and positivity?

For four weeks, I gotcha. I'll host the party in a safe and supportive virtual group setting. And I'll provide info to improve your wellness from head to toe, inside and out. I ran this program several years ago and folks loved it. I thought now would be a good time to bring it back. But I changed it because, you know, folks are wicked busy.

This program isn't a product to download and do alone. It's interactive. No daily emails delivered to your inbox. I'll launch 3 recorded sessions to help you cultivate courageous health. You can watch them when it works for your life and then you follow-up with real people in our private Facebook group.

II. The Facebook Group

We all have mixed feelings about Facebook but dammit, they know how to make connecting easy, convenient and private AF.

To keep our connection going between the sessions and keep the energy flowing you get access to a private Facebook group that is open 24/7. Post questions, comments, pictures, ideas---you name it! I'll moderate with tips and support but this group is all yours to create.

As a WINTER WELLNESS WARRIOR, you will:

  • learn natural ways to boost your energy. Coffee can stay, I promise. I drink it, too.
  • improve your immune system, especially during cold/flu season.
  • practice self-care with people who get the daily challenges you're up against. 
  • find more peace and stillness in your day-to-day.
