Who are we? Meet your coaches, Dillan and Amber.
Dillan DiGiovanni is an internationally-certified coach who guides conscientious professionals through healthy transitions.
Dillan is leading a revolutionary movement around personal identity and wellbeing as the path to self-acceptance and transformation to build a better world. His calming demeanor, kind heart, and inspirational voice make him a teacher every person can benefit from, especially those struggling to accept and be who they really are. He has also worked with corporations like Microsoft and IDEO, small companies like ActBlue, WorkBar and General Assembly and institutions of higher learning including MIT, Northeastern and UCONN. He's also a two-time TEDx speaker.
Dillan runs on 80s music and coffee and always needs to eat more greens. He supports clients all over the world from where he lives in New Jersey, returning home after living in Boston and Vermont for over a decade.
Amber Robertson teaches successful career-driven professionals how to overcome fatigue and restore their energy so they can thrive in their work and personal lives. Her typical clients are women in the legal field or music industry who suffer digestive issues, autoimmunity, and adrenal fatigue. Working in the realm of Functional Nutrition, Amber supports her clients with education on how food affects physiology, and with development of skills and habits to support their new or changing lifestyle. She frequently delivers wellness classes and cooking demos to local and national businesses and corporations such as CMT, HealthStream, and Cracker Barrel; she's been interviewed on national radio and webcasts; and has guided hundreds of students in completing their Health Coach Training Program at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Amber's private practice is based in Nashville, TN, where she works virtually and remotely with clients nationwide.
