Please join me and my friend, Lauren Perreault, co-owner of Achieve Fitness in Somerville, for a holistic Fall Fitness group program.

We'll cover your fitness from head-to-toe, inside and out. 

It's a total mind/body/soul fitness FEST!

 

Here's a few words from Lauren:

“At Achieve Fitness, we want to help you become the best version of yourself. Our approach to exercise and fitness is that everything you do in the gym should enhance your life. But sometimes, exercise alone will only be one piece of a much more complicated puzzle. For this reason, we are teaming up with Dillan for an 8-week total wellness workshop. During these 8 weeks, you will receive exercise coaching from Lauren, while also receiving health and nutrition coaching from Dillan.”

Here's what you can expect:

  • meets at Achieve Fitness every THURSDAY from 6-7:30PM (every week except THANKSGIVING, 11/26/15)
  • 90 minute sessions
  • small consistent group
  • private facebook group for support between sessions
  • handouts and videos/tutorials in a Google folder for easy access

Weeks 1-4

with Lauren:

  • Setting a foundation for strength
  • Improving movement, mobility, and balance
  • Increasing core strength for both injury prevention and aesthetics

with Dillan:

  • Big Picture thinking about what feeds us
  • basic, good nutrition
  • reconsider caffeine and sugar
  • learn the food/mood connection

Weeks 5-8

with Lauren:

  • Total Body Strength Training
  • Improving health and fitness through strength training techniques
  • Learn how compound movements, rather than isolation exercises, will provide the most benefit
  • Cardiovascular Training
  • Understand which types of cardio are going to help you reach your specific goals.
  • Learn about the different types of cardio (steady state, high-intensity interval training, etc.)

with Dillan:

  • map your identity for personal & professional success
  • revisit relationships
  • reverse stress
  • plan your ideal present and future

 

The cost of this 8-week in-person program (with two rad coaches) is $399.
